What is the minimum order quantity? 75 favors. Minimum gift box/basket order quantity of 20 per month with a 6 month contract or 75 individual gift box/baskets.

What can be included in the favors? The sky’s the limit! Our intention is to create a favor that is perfect for your wedding, corporate event, or other celebration.

Do you deliver? For a small fee, we would love to deliver and set up your favors for you.

What is your lead time? 6-8 weeks is good. Three to four months is best! The more time we have to create your favors, the more options we can give you.

What are your payment requirements? We require 50% down, with the balance due upon fulfillment of your order. We accept checks and credit card payments by phone (Visa/Mastercard/Discover).

What happens if the head count for my event changes? While we make sure we have your favors ready ahead of time, we also do our best to allow you enough time to adjust your headcount.

What is returns policy? As is usual with most custom/personalized work, we cannot accept returns.
