FavorswithStyle.com – Hi Ladies, who want to have excessive weight? Surely all the answers do not want it, including me. This time we will discuss three good morning habits to lose weight. Are you ready to lose weight? Do three things every morning to see the losses every week! You often comment that you do not have enough determination, but if I can do it, you can too!

And now, three simple things you need to do every morning!

# 1: Get hydrated

Every morning, before breakfast, drink 32 ounces of water with half lemon juice (or a whole lemon if you want more flavor). It will give you energy, help your digestion, and reduce excess water and be bloating in your system.

# 2: EXERCISE!

We are designed to move, so think how amazing your feelings are when you reach your goals and move! Go for a walk or jog, do one of my fantastic workout routines, or put on your favorite high-energy music and just dance! See?! Sports can be fun!

# 3: Eat Fruits and Vegetables

I want to show you a delicious and simple smoothie that will start your day. All you need is:

2 bananas – these are full of potassium and replenish your body after exercise
1 cucumber – this is very high your water content and rehydration
2 cups of spinach – these are full of iron, protein, and calcium

Blend these three ingredients with one cup of water, and drink. Yum!

Try doing these three things every morning for just one week and see how much better your body feels! At the end of the week, I want to hear your results. Let everyone know in the comments whether you have more energy and feel less sluggish, and how much weight you lost during that week!
