Meanwhile, when you crave food, go and eat! Skip the fatty foods, and go for something healthier. There are even some chocolate bars that you can enjoy without sabotaging your weight loss journey.
You may find that you can distract from those desires by doing things like exercising, hanging out with friends, meditating, or enjoying a stunning cup of tea. Be aware, acknowledge your feelings, and move forward in a positive direction.
# 3. Discipline!
Not having discipline is a big mistake made by many people! As you develop discipline, simple tips are to treat yourself the way you treat others. It means making a promise to yourself and sticking to them. If you promised a friend that you would meet him at the gym at 7 o'clock, you would appear, would not you? Make the same promise and commitment to yourself!
Another way to stay disciplined is to divide your work into small parts and speak for yourself only by committing to the first part. Instead of telling yourself you will be exercising for an hour, just commit to doing it for five minutes. The odds are, after five minutes, you'll be ready for five more minutes! The next thing you know, you've done your full practice.
